The second wave of COVID has cost several families many challenging upheavals besides the tragic and sudden loss of young lives. Cybage launched its Cybage COVID Sanjivani Program to restore the lives of affected families who have lost their primary bread earners to COVID. We received close to 1000 applications for this program. After each applicant’s scrutiny and home visits, the Cybage CSR team extended a helping hand to 600 families. The program offered groceries, house rent, education support for the kids, and vocational training for widows. A get-together of Sanjivani beneficiaries was organized to understand the impact of the interventions made by Cybage CSR. Ms. Ritu Nathani, Director-Cybage, Head-CSR, was present at the gathering. Beneficiaries shared moving stories of their loss and their gratitude for the help they got in these challenging times.
