Medical equipment donation to Tarachand hospital
05/08/2020:

The dramatic spread of COVID-19 has disrupted the livelihoods of communities and businesses globally. India is one of the worst-hit countries ranking just behind America and Brazil in confirmed cases, and the number is increasing day by day. The Indian government is taking all possible measures to control this pandemic.

CybageAsha, the philanthropic arm of Cybage, has always extended its support for social welfare and community development. At the outbreak of COVID-19, CybageAsha had already extended its helping hand and has continued to do since the first Lockdown started. It arranged Grocery Donation drives for the daily wagers and installed Handwash units in its adopted communities in Pune.

On August 5, 2020, CybageAsha donated medical equipment and material to Tarachand Charitable Hospital in Pune, Maharashtra. The hospital is one of the oldest institutions of Pune and is committed to providing subsidized medical relief to economically deprived patients. The donation includes PPE kits, hand gloves, N95 masks, pulse oximeters, infrared thermometers, sanitizers, and high-flow nasal cannula machines. The donation offered by Cybage will be used for setting up the COVID care center in the hospital.
