CybageAsha conducted a School Shoes Donation Program at the Government Primary and High School, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, on November 9, 2019. A total of 520 students from junior school received shoes and socks. 35 and 15 benches were donated to the high school and the primary section, respectively. The primary goal of this donation program was to inspire children to take up formal education by attending school. We funded the construction of a water sump at the school premises, enabling access to clean water in washrooms and for hand wash. We also beautified and painted the three classrooms and verandah walls to give the school a ‘colorful and happy’ touch.
