CybageAsha started de-silting work at Pasure village
10/05/2018:

Ritu Nathani, Managing Trustee, CybageAsha inaugurated the desilting work at Pasure village in Bhor taluka of Pune district. This work will increase the water storage capacity of the Pazar Talav (percolation tank). In spite of Bhor taluka receiving heavy rainfall, the water storage systems and structures were not ideally built, and the water scarcity problem kept affecting the villagers in summers. The de-silting work will help in removing the silt and percolating the water underground. This process will provide water for approximately 1000 acres of agriculture area and for drinking purpose as well.

CybageAsha has been working with Pasure village since 2017. With over 168 households and a population of 790 people, CybageAsha in association with BAIF is carrying out various income-generating activities, agricultural advancement, livestock development, and other activities.
