CybageAsha runs various rural upliftment programs for its adopted communities that provide villagers with better livelihood opportunities. CybageAsha has adopted 11 villages in Bhor and Velhe blocks of Pune district under cluster development programs. On 16th December 2021, Cybage Director and CSR Head, Ritu Nathani inaugurated and handed over various development projects to the Malewadi villagers. Around one year ago, the trust adopted this village for agriculture, watershed, livestock, and infrastructure development.

The trust has newly constructed 150 meters of internal road, 104 meters of underground drainage line, and two soak pits for wastewater disposal . This initiative has helped villagers with better road connectivity, sanitation, and hygiene. The trust in association with the BAIF Development Research Foundation teaches villagers modern agricultural techniques through vegetable cultivation, horticulture development, organic plots, fodder development, and paddy.

Under the watershed development program, the trust has constructed 4789 cubic meters of deep continuous contours trenches (CCT) and planted 2000 trees which have helped raise the underground water levels.
