CybageAsha has always been working for the upliftment of underprivileged sections of our society. Today, the whole country is facing a stern challenge in the form of the novel coronavirus. Many people need help to make their daily ends meet.
Taking a step forward in helping the needy families, CybageAsha organized an event to distribute grocery kits in its 11 adopted villages of Bhor and Velhe talukas of Pune district. The event took place on 10th and 11th April 2020. During distribution, CybageAsha representatives made sure that they are strictly following all the rules set by the government.
In addition to grocery kits distribution, the representatives also made villagers aware of the concept of social distancing, wearing masks and washing hands on a regular basis. All the beneficiaries expressed their happiness after receiving the grocery kits since it was difficult for them to meet their daily needs. The local village authorities were present on the occasion and applauded CybageAsha’s contribution.
