At CybageAsha, we believe timely intervention through early diagnosis definitely helps in preventing a disease. With this in mind, we lend a helping hand for the betterment of our adopted communities. CybageAsha organized a free eye checkup for the residents of Siddharth Nagar Community. This was done in collaboration with the team from H. V. Desai Eye Hospital and Cybage volunteers.

On 2 February 2020, between 11 AM and 4 PM, a team of optometrists from H. V. Desai hospital screened and evaluated the residents of the community for various eye problems. Through this camp, the residents were provided with proper consultation along with spectacles, medicines, and other aid. The eye checkup camp accommodated around 71 patients, wherein 36 patients were given spectacles, and 8 were detected with cataract issues. As a follow-up to this camp, CybageAsha will financially support the cataract patients for their surgeries with the help of H. V. Desai Eye Hospital.

The camp was successfully conducted, and the credit of this goes to the excellent coordination between the H. V. Desai hospital team and Cybage volunteers.
