CybageAsha helps former addicts ease into the mainstream
15/02/2017:

Drug abuse and alcoholism affect not only the addict, but also the addict’s family and work. Since 2010, CybageAsha’s De-addiction vertical has helped around 100 addicts to overcome this malaise. Cybage realized that only de-addiction is not enough, the recovered addicts also need to be brought back into the mainstream society to keep them out of the vicious cycle of alcoholism. Over a month ago, Cybage welcomed three beneficiaries—Vikas Pasarkalle, Kailas Kasbe, and Vijay Diwate, hailing from Khulewadi and Ambedkar Nagar communities—into its Housekeeping department.

These beneficiaries, who are now Cybage employees, have undergone regular medical treatment and attended residential camps in association with Anandvan Residential De-addiction Center. The trio have been sober since more than three months now, and CybageAsha is proud to have been with them throughout their transition from addiction to de-addiction to rehabilitation.
